Inland, Ubud has jungle retreats, rice terraces and the island's cultural heart. Nusa Dua and Jimbaran hold the large resorts many families prefer.

How we plan it
The dry season from May to October is the most popular time to visit, and July, August and New Year are the busiest periods. We recommend enquiring early for those dates.
Villa and resort availability peaks between June and September and over the New Year period; early enquiry is advised.
