AVORA is a private travel and lifestyle concierge based in Bali, serving international clients across Indonesia. We do not sell tours or packages. We hold a client's itinerary end to end and arrange each regulated element through appropriately licensed local partners.
Luxury is not excess. It is time, discretion and having the right person handle the details before you need to ask.
Who we are
A small team of concierges and coordinators who live on the island, speak English and Arabic, and know the operators, properties and people who actually deliver. AVORA Bali is the trade name under which we work; every proposal states plainly who is providing what.
What we do
Most of our work is coordination rather than supply. A single concierge holds your file, speaks to the operators on your behalf, and returns with one schedule instead of eleven confirmations. When something moves, a delayed aircraft, a closed anchorage, weather over the crater, the same person moves the rest of the day around it.
How we work
Every journey begins as a private request and becomes a written proposal. Nothing complex is bought before it is confirmed available. Aircraft, yachts, villas over peak dates and protection details are quoted only after the operator has confirmed, and nothing is reserved or charged until you approve the proposal.

Our standards
Regulated services, aviation, marine, ground transport and security, are arranged only through providers holding the relevant Indonesian licences, with insurance on file. We do not promise what no one can promise: immigration privileges, airside access, official escorts, restaurant or beach club entry, aircraft or yacht availability, hotel upgrades or government approvals are always subject to availability, local law and the authority concerned.
Our network
Villas and estates, resorts, yacht and aviation operators, chauffeur companies, private chefs, spas, beach clubs, guides, protection providers and event specialists across Bali, Lombok, Komodo, Sumba, Raja Ampat and Java. Each is vetted before a client is placed with them and reviewed after every journey.
Our clients
Families and couples from the Gulf and Europe, executives with a schedule to keep, hosts planning a celebration, and the family offices, advisors and travel designers who look after them. We do not publish client names, photographs or itineraries, and we do not confirm or deny that someone is a client.
