What we collect
Name, contact details, preferred language, travel dates, party details, preferences you share with us, and — where an operator requires them — passport, licence and insurance details. We collect this from you directly, through the forms on this site, or from a person you authorise to arrange travel on your behalf.
Why we collect it
To prepare a proposal, to arrange the services you approve with the relevant licensed providers, to meet the identification requirements those providers and Indonesian authorities impose, and to contact you about the journey we are arranging.
Who we share it with
Only the providers required to deliver a service you have approved — an aviation operator, a marine operator, a hotel or villa, a transport company, a protection provider — and only the details that provider needs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Client files are archived after a journey completes and retained only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Declined applications and unsuccessful enquiries are deleted rather than kept on file.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact, by writing to the address below. We will confirm what has been done.
Confidentiality
Your information, preferences and travel arrangements are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not publish client names, photographs or itineraries, and we do not confirm or deny that any person is a client.
