From touchdown to your first evening
01 — The first hour
The AVORA Arrival
The moment the aircraft door opens, someone is expecting you. Arrival assistance through the terminal, a chauffeur at the kerb, cool towels in the car, and a villa that is lit, cooled and stocked to your preferences before you walk in. Dinner is already reserved. Your concierge has already said good evening on WhatsApp.
Typically includes
- Meet-and-assist on arrival, arranged through the airport's licensed service
- Chauffeured transfer in the vehicle category of your choice
- Villa or suite pre-arrival check and preferences set
- First-evening reservation or private chef at the villa
- Arabic- or English-speaking concierge introduced before you land
Airport assistance is provided by the airport's licensed service partners and is subject to their availability and regulations. AVORA does not offer immigration privileges or airside access.

02 — Seven days, one rhythm
The Private Bali Week
A week that moves at the pace you set. A cliffside villa in Uluwatu, a chauffeur on call, tables held at the restaurants worth the drive, a day on the water, a morning in Ubud before the crowds, and long evenings with nothing to arrange because it has already been arranged.
Typically includes
- Villa or resort shortlist negotiated on your behalf
- Chauffeur-driven vehicle for the week
- Restaurant and beach club reservations, sequenced to your days
- One day at sea by private yacht or a helicopter transfer
- Spa, wellness, golf and cultural arrangements
- Private chef evenings, halal where requested
Restaurant and beach club access is offered as priority booking assistance and remains subject to availability and venue discretion.
Ten to fourteen days, two or three islands
03 — Bali and beyond
Islands Beyond Bali
Bali as the base, then further east. A crewed yacht through Komodo National Park, a stone-and-thatch resort on Sumba's empty coast, or the limestone islands of Raja Ampat rising out of glass water. Flights, vessels, guides and permits held together as one itinerary by one concierge.
Typically includes
- Bali villa or resort stay at either end
- Domestic flights and private aviation options through licensed operators
- Crewed yacht charter through Komodo or Raja Ampat
- Resort stay on Sumba or in Flores
- National park permits, guides and rangers arranged
- Diving, snorkelling and photography arrangements
Marine and aviation services are arranged through licensed operators and remain subject to weather, sea conditions, availability and park regulations.
A single evening or a long weekend
04 — An occasion, quietly done
The Private Celebration
A proposal on a private stretch of sand, a birthday dinner for twelve at a table set in a rice terrace, an anniversary aboard a yacht at sunset, or a family gathering across three villas. Florals, music, photography and every guest's transfer handled so that the host is a guest too.

- Venue selection: villa, beach, yacht, terrace or private dining room
- Private chef, tasting menu and dietary planning
- Florals, styling, lighting and music
- Photographer and videographer, discreetly placed
- Guest transfers and accommodation coordination
- Fireworks, drone shows or live performances where permitted
Venue hire, performers and permits are subject to availability and local regulation. Guest lists and images are never shared or published by AVORA.
Two to five days, built around a schedule
05 — Work, then the island
The Executive Visit
For principals whose time on the island is partly spoken for. Arrival timed to the first meeting, a chauffeur who knows the traffic, a suite with a proper desk, secure and private dining, and the hours in between filled well: a helicopter to the north coast, a quiet round of golf, a table that is not in a hotel.
Typically includes
- Arrival assistance and chauffeured movements to a fixed schedule
- Suite or villa suited to working, with connectivity confirmed
- Executive protection coordination through licensed providers where required
- Private dining and meeting venues
- Helicopter or yacht time between commitments
- A concierge on call to move the day when the schedule moves
Security services are coordinated through licensed Indonesian providers and are subject to their assessment, availability and local law. Official escorts require government authorisation and cannot be guaranteed.
For guests from the Gulf
The details that make a stay feel like home.
Many of our guests travel from the GCC, often as families. These are the arrangements we make as a matter of course, without being asked twice.
Halal dining, where requested
Restaurants and private chefs briefed in advance; halal-certified suppliers used for villa dining on request.
Family villas
Multi-bedroom estates with private pools, staff quarters, nannies and separate spaces for older and younger guests.
Privacy
Private pools, closed-door dining, screened beach cabanas and photographers who know when not to shoot.
Arabic-speaking concierge
Every proposal, message and call available in Arabic, including liaison with suppliers on your behalf.
Prayer and timing
Prayer spaces confirmed at villas and venues, and itineraries paced around prayer times and Ramadan where relevant.
Late starts, long evenings
Days that begin late and dinners that run late, with drivers, chefs and staff scheduled to match.
