Overview
Bali has thousands of villas and very few that fit a particular family well. AVORA shortlists by what matters to you: privacy from neighbouring properties, the number of bedrooms at the same standard, staff on site, a kitchen a private chef can work in, and how far the house is from where you will actually spend your days.
For guests from the Gulf we also look at practical details that listings rarely mention, such as separate family and guest areas, prayer direction, halal catering and space for household staff. For resorts, we request upgrades, amenities and member benefits on your behalf, always subject to each property's discretion and availability.
What we arrange
- Five-star resorts and presidential suites
- Private beachfront villas
- Exclusive jungle retreats
- Private estates for groups and families
- Nusa Dua · Uluwatu · Seminyak · Canggu
- Ubud · Pererenan · Jimbaran
- Special amenities, upgrades and member benefits when available
How we plan it
Tell us the dates, the size of the party and the part of the island you prefer, or let us suggest one. We return a short, considered shortlist with photographs, floor plans where available and honest notes, rather than a long list to sort through.
Upgrades, amenities and member benefits are requested on your behalf and remain at the discretion and availability of each property.
Questions guests ask
Which area of Bali is best for a luxury stay?
Uluwatu for cliffside privacy and sunsets, Seminyak and Pererenan for beachfront villas near restaurants, Ubud for jungle and culture, and Nusa Dua for large resorts. Many families split a stay between two areas.
Can you arrange villas suitable for Gulf families?
Yes. We check for private family areas, staff quarters, halal catering options and other requirements before recommending a property.
When should I book for summer?
Villa availability peaks between June and September and over New Year, so enquiring several months ahead is advised.
