Overview
Bali's roads are slow, and the drive from the south of the island to Ubud or the north coast can take most of an afternoon. A helicopter turns that into a short flight, and on a clear morning the route over rice terraces, volcanoes and coastline is one of the best views of the island.
AVORA arranges private transfers between the airport, resorts and helipads, scenic flights over Mount Batur and the Bukit peninsula, and flights to remote resorts on neighbouring islands. Proposals and special-occasion flights can be timed for the light.
