Overview
Indonesia has more than seventeen thousand islands, and some of the most remarkable are within two hours of Bali. The difficulty is not getting there, but connecting flights, boats, permits, guides and accommodation so the journey feels like one trip instead of a string of separate bookings.
AVORA plans island escapes as a single itinerary: a private or scheduled flight to Labuan Bajo, Tambolaka or Sorong, a crewed yacht or a clifftop resort, local guides who know the parks, and a concierge who stays with the plan from the first flight to the last transfer. Photography and videography can be arranged along the way.

How we plan it
Tell us how many nights you have and what you would like to see, dive or simply do nothing about. We suggest a route that fits the season and the pace you prefer, with a clear breakdown of each leg.
Access to national parks and protected marine areas is subject to permits, park regulations, seasonal closures and weather.
Questions guests ask
What are the best islands to visit from Bali?
Komodo for dragons and Pink Beach, Sumba for savannah and a quiet luxury resort, the Nusa Islands for a day trip, Lombok and the Gilis for slower beaches, and Raja Ampat for the finest diving in Indonesia.
Do the national parks need permits?
Yes. Komodo and Raja Ampat require park or marine permits, which we arrange as part of the itinerary. Access remains subject to park regulations and seasonal closures.
How many days are needed for Komodo or Raja Ampat?
Komodo works well in three to four nights. Raja Ampat is best as a week, given the two flights needed to reach it.
