For guests who want the whole journey designed before they land: accommodation, movements, tables, water and the days between.

- A written itinerary, day by day, built around your pace
- Accommodation shortlist and negotiation on your behalf
- Aviation, yacht and helicopter proposals through licensed partners
- Family, privacy and dietary requirements planned in from the start
- Two rounds of revision before you travel
- On-journey changes handled by the same concierge
Supplier costs are shown line by line in your proposal and approved by you before anything is confirmed.

For multi-island itineraries, large parties, celebrations, executive visits and journeys involving protection, aviation or several vessels.

The planning fee is confirmed after a short call, once the scope is clear. Supplier costs are quoted separately.
Fees are quoted in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and payment processing charges. Complex services, including aviation, yacht charter and executive protection, are priced on request and quoted to your dates.

Asked before booking.
Is the fee refundable?
If you cancel before your concierge has begun work, nothing is owed and any fee already paid is returned. Once planning has started the fee is non-refundable, because it pays for time already spent on your behalf.
Does the fee include any bookings?
No. The fee pays for the concierge only. Every villa, table, vehicle, vessel or aircraft is quoted separately, and you approve each cost before it is confirmed.
Can I upgrade from Concierge Access to a Private Journey?
Yes, at any time. Your concierge simply confirms the difference in fee and continues with the same file.
How quickly will a concierge reach me?
Usually within a few hours, at any hour of the day. Requests sent close to arrival are prioritised.
Can everything be handled in Arabic?
Yes. Tell us your preferred language and your concierge will work in it, including with suppliers on your behalf.
Do you guarantee entry to restaurants and beach clubs?
No one honestly can. We offer priority booking assistance through our relationships, and entry remains subject to availability and venue discretion.
